The addition of the Electrical division to our services portfolio allows CDI to offer our End User clients the benefit of sourcing all their building infrastructure from a single source. Not only can we install the electrical requirements but if needed the Network Cabling, Hardware, Telephony and Security and ongoing maintenance.

All works are certified under ECA regulations. Each project is supported with tests and inspection certificates, as installed CAD drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.

With CDI managing all aspects of the work, not only are the project management costs reduced but the number of subcontractor on site are also reduced. This helps to drive down cost the total project costs and leads to improved coordination, quality and time-scales.

All CDI Electrical engineers hold the necessary qualifications and where specialist subcontractors are needed they are subjected to our pre-qualification process and ongoing performance monitoring. We appoint a dedicated overall account manager to each client; in addition we appoint a dedicated onsite project manager for each project, to ensure all disciplines of the project are delivered in the correct order, on time and within the specified budget.

CDI have all the in house expertise to deal with all aspects of Electrical installation from concept to design, the installation and testing, inspection and commissioning, to the hand over.
